School's out at 12:45 today...YAY for Mom and Maddy... we miss her. The house is so quiet without her

8/18/08.... The newest "Cordova Dragon"!

Caitie desperately wanted to take the school bus this morning, but they were delayed 2 hours. Since she was so excited (she'd had her uniform & backpack on since 7:30), we drove to school at 9am, rather than wait till 11am for the bus. We hope to get a bus picture tomorrow.

We had met Mrs Current (her teacher) and Mrs "B" (teacher's assistant) previously at an ice-cream social and then at kindergarten orientation, so she was familiar with them; they're both very nice and she was not at all upset when I left.

She was really proud to have her name moved to the "Power Workers" for the day and to have earned a smiley face for a "super attitude"!
